Pros

It usually takes me 3 days of a strict protein diet to get back into ketosis. Lo tomo junto al café * en la mañana y me proporciona mucha energía.

Easy dosage, 3 pills. Smaller sized capsule, easier to *. I take 4 gelcaps and that works well for me.

I know that this is in conjunction with the other changes, but this has made a difference in the process as a whole. This is a product i will be keeping on my rotation.

Cons

I'm sure the product is probably ok however these gelcaps are large and i spent a night or total misery because of this. Just be careful with these.

Fyi - i reduced it to 4 stars solely because there is no real allergy warning on the packaging.
