I use this in my protien shakes as a keto supplement and i've never had the side affects and it blends very well.
It works really well for intermittent fasting and kept me extremely full until lunch with only a cup of coffee to blend with.
I will say a downside is it was pretty clumpy, even with a shake bottle.

But if you make ice coffee and leave it until morning that took care of the problem as it soaked into the coffee and disbursed evenly over night

Use it in my boc sometimes it settles in the bottom of my cup after being in my nutribullet but isnt bad enough to stop me from buying twice
