Zhou's mct powder is great. I'm glad i didn't have to keep searching for an mct that is like the old one. Thanks for such a awesome product.

Perfect for the low carb, paleo, or keto way of eating. Works as a good alternative creamer for coffee and tea.

Gives energy. This solves my problem! Helps with my gut health noticeably. Keeps me fuller and gives me energy.

Cons

Even with an immersion blender, this powder still clumps. It has an awful sour taste. It also is very lumpy and does not mix well. Also, it does clump in coffee.

Mct powder is the worst i have used, so i wanted to warn someone like me whose looking for a good, affordable product. Going back to my old brand w/ green lettering on the label.
