It's a christmas present, so it's wrapped under the tree. I use it in my dorm room and it’s been great. Space is precious in her dorm and she optimized it with this organizer.

I love the removable drawers and how it's all exactly as pictured and described. They are no longer completely horizontal but i guess that isn't completely surprising because i put a decent amount of stuff on the shelves.

There is no support on the bottom of the shelves so it sags in the middle of each shelf. Even something as light as socks makes it sag. I forgot how easy these sag.

The material is flimsy and weak. It gets the job done but its so flimsy. The fabric itself though seems sturdy, other than the hole. One reviewer "your clothing is invisible2.

This item is horrible! Terrible product. But nonetheless, a damaged product. This product didn't last long, quality is subpar. Never again. Very misleading item.
