Pros

I have the silver looking one satin finnish. This one fits the bill perfectly. It’s very sturdy and we love it.

Easy to install and securely mounts to the wall. Super easy to finish assembly, and fits securely over the shower wall. The suction cups are large and work well. The only bad thing is that i can't fully shut pantry door.

Shelves are high, wide and large to fit several shampoo, conditioner & body wash bottles. Caddy hangs on the shower rod so when you shower, it's so easy to grab the soap.

Cons

Two defective orders in a row is more than an unfortunate coincidence. There was also a defect in the finish, as seen in the second photo. Returned easily but then the second one was also damaged.

I have not had a single problem with the suction at all.

Otherwise, i am very happy with this purchase.

My only problem is that it arrived with the top basket bent and one of the upper support poles bent.
