Pros

The measurements are spot on and i simply trim it with a scissors to make the spot for my drain. It's an odd size and this mat with a small amount of trimming fit perfectly. This fors perfectly, its durable but looks nice.

Cons

The low review comes from the off gassing of the product. This is the right size for my sink, however once i opened it it reeked of the worst chemical smell. This item has a chemical odor.

Irreparably stained. It looks disgusting now.

As soon as i opened it the mat smells horrible. Could not get terrible smell out.
