If you have your eye exactly positioned you will get the promised82 degree apov which will blow away narrower 50 degree eyepieces

View is sharp even in my shorttube 80 f5 and the 82degree fov is absolute magic whether im viewing planets at 120x or at 240x on the moon

This stuff is thick and sticky and has no place being around telescope optics

I will probably replace all of the original eyepieces with these better quality parts

Of course had i bought the higher end telescope to begin with it probably would not have been necessary to buy this eyepiece

Lesson learned and given the clarity that this lens offers i will probably just bite the bullet and buy a better telescope
