This thermometer is solid can have the perfect temp reading on both the probes the unit stays well upright with the large display can see all the information from a distance overall the unit is compact and has many functions did have to go though the manual

You will get a color change on the remote unit when the temp gets close to the target and the alarm goes off on that same unit when the temp is reached

It will turn red and an alarm will go off when it hits your desired temp

Seems to pick up the temp fine on a the foods that i have cooked the using of the thermometer is reasonably easy although instructions were not the clearest

I have have tried this as shown in the pictures with my oven and can monitor the exact temperature of 2 items at the same time
