It works, but it’s a lot of work and messy. The finish just rinses off. Definitly not happy.

I bought this for my husband to make his venison sausage because my kitchenaid attachment just wasn’t strong enough.
Obviously this isn’t commercial grade, but it did a great job the few times they used it.

No problem, machine is nice for the money.
