A hybrid cooking/ingredient reference manual and cookbook. It’s a textbook, a coffee table display (the pictures are absolutely stunning), and fine dining recipe book all in one.

I have to say, american test kitchem comes up with the most consistently high quality cookbooks with the most educational content.


I didn’t have exactly all of the correct ingredients but i can comparable ones.
