The app is amazing, it constantly notifies you when the food is ready (instead of a one-time notification) no more under/over cooked chicken. Medium rare and sliced like butter.

The charger is less than a foot away. It constantly looses connection while everything is even 5ft apart. I have to be in garage right next to it for it to have connection even tho it claims to have 165ft range.

After a short period of non-use (a week or two), it has to be re-paired with your phone. Our system automatically closes tickets if there’s no response within 5 days.
