The lamb saddle stopped working at all after less than 6 months. It's not very accurate and changes temp *-nilly while cooking. The pin is too tick and too blunt, leaving my lamb saddle with a big hole. But has since been returned.

Big mistake. A disgrace really. This intrusion is totally unacceptable.
