Water resistant but if working in wet environments/snow they saturate fairly quick once you start generating enough body heat
Stiff at first but they seem to be breaking in, only worn a few times

Had to dip my hands in the water trough to clear ice and my hand stayed dry so that a plus

They are super stiff and you lose a lot of dexterity with them until they break in
