Pros
Mechanix gloves are a staple because of durability and the protection. Padding and knuckle coverage is fine.
First a foremost the durability is exactly what you would expect from mechanix. They are very durable and look really nice.
Cons
The touch screen capability is diminished. Very disappointing. I drive a forklift, so they should have last a couple months minimum.

Great gloves, fit well and packaging was intact.
Competitiveness
Just as good as that name brand i won't mention.
Awesome alternative to expensive funky looking bike gloves with carbon knuckles.
Only thing i would do differently is gone step up with the hard shell knuckles on the same brand.

Within an hour of wearing them i was pulling a pin that suddenly slipped out and i hit my hand against a metal frame but i didnt really feel it it didnt hurt at least
