Material4x is so incredibly soft, like a microfiber glasses cloth. Overall amazingly comfortable and durable.

Synthetic leather gloves work great. Not as bulky as full on leather work gloves but protect well. This is my second pair with the 4x palms and i only replaced the original pair because i lost one glove somewhere chopping wood.
