The sizing seems to run a tad or the larger side but that may just be because its unisexand the legs are definitely straight

As a 60 man on the slimmer end of medium it has been difficult to find cheap scrub sets that fit in the length without looking like im wearing a blimp and its even harder to find them with more than one or two pockets
