Pros

Use it daily, very durable despite dropping it numerous times. It is convenient that it has the pupil sizes on the side, as opposed to the original which had a ruler on the sides.

Cons

Led light is not strong enough in my opinion to elicit the desired pupil reaction, especially when compared to a colleague's pen light. I am disappointed with the light.
