If i move the elasticized cuffs to my wrist where they belong there is no puff left in the arms at all and in fact when i bend my arm the fabric is tight at the elbow

I have to push the cuff up to midforearm for the sleeve to seem correct

Im not sure if i should try a larger size l is only one inch longer in the sleeve and one across the shoulders and those might not even add up
