The mediterranean instant pot cookbook is a nice change of pace. The vegetarian recipes, especially, look terrific and make for a more visually appealing cookbook.

Includes calorie, protein, carb and salt content of everything you make. Even if you don't participate in ww, that nutritional info is important to know. Back of the book has metric to us conversions.

If you don't feel like going out, i just plan ahead and order what i need on amazon, easy peasy! Beautiful hard-bound durable cover. Most are available and only one time i wasn't able to find one (hake.

Walmart's organic veg broth is the best i tried. The recipes are good and easy to use as a starting point for your own twist.

Cons

The recipes themselves are not easy, as claimed on the cover. It's just not at all what i expected, most things i wouldn't make and are not necessarily instant pot specific. Apparently an african spice.

Not a big deal, really, but it caught me by surprise!

Packaging/appearance

This is whole package - instant pot and mediterranean.

I chose this one because every recipe had a picture with the exception of some of the simple sauces and sides at the beginning.

Competitiveness

The second time i made it i added scallops, clams, & mussels and it wasn't as good as the original.
