This cookbook is beautiful with creative recipes that can be prepared with ease. This really helps get an idea for what to expect from new recipes and just makes for a more visually appealing cookbook.

I like the layout of this book. All the instructions are clearly written, photos are beautiful. The photography is excellent.

Packaging/appearance

This is whole package - instant pot and mediterranean.

I chose this one because every recipe had a picture with the exception of some of the simple sauces and sides at the beginning.

We received an intsa pot as a gift, and found it pretty daunting.

Competitiveness

The second time i made it i added scallops, clams, & mussels and it wasn't as good as the original.
