The results appear to be reasonably accurate. I'm a bit more inclined to believe the readings i get from something that does not give me errors every other try.
It can be set to display in european (pa) and american (mmhg) units. If the arrow points to a green bar, then your reading is within “normal” range.
Cons
Used less than 10x after purchase, not accurate. Worked great for about a month-compared manually to wrist and was very accurate. Readings are extremely low and inaccurate.
There is also a bubble on the screen where a layer of plastic is coming off. It still doesn’t power on after i changed to a few pairs of fresh batteries. I expect a new device to work each time without futzing with it.
