If you're a fully independent bathroom para, you need some longish arms to reach underneath this thing. Under pads to absorb any potential drips.
It has a soft cushion for my bum while i shower. It is bigger & the cushioned seat is more comfortable than the standard commodes the insurance covers.
Cons
The arm is too short to latch, so there is no arm at all on one side. No padding at all. Cannot use bleach or hydrogen peroxide to remove staining.
Highlights
Quality
Remove bucket and it works well as a shower chair
Drop arms engineered beautifully and very functional.
Doable but awkward and requires patient participation.
A return will require a nylon slide transfer “tube” since bare skin won’t slide on wood or plastic transfer boards.
Packaging/appearance
Super easy to assemble, just need something to cut the zip ties as it is secured together for packing and shipping.
