There aren’t any keys meaning it doesn’t close. Defeating its entire purpose. Does not come with the container as shown in the picture and doesn't come with mounting brackets. Missing 3 of them.

Medline still makes great products and that’s the reason i have used them for many years.
This was a must and i love the lock so no one can get in it.
The keys are taped inside the door!
The inner buckets for it are even hsa approved.
Price
They price was very reasonable and the install was simple.
You will need to purchase wallanchors and screws to mount it with from your local hardware store for around $3

Came with keys to lock, you must purchase a medline bin for it to fit inside.
My sharps container presented an issue for my particular household (wayward children).

I bought it so that my grandkids can not access my used sharps and so that i wouldnt be throwing away my bloody alcohol wipes unprotected
