Pros

These are my favorite post partum product. Helps with * pain relieve as well as hemorrhoids. Comfortable and soft.

The big box lasts a long time even with multiple changes throughout the day. This is the best way to get the most out of your nt.

They’re seriously amazing. Worth every penny.

Easy to activate, but sometimes you have to hold it from one end so that all the filler falls to the other end. Try to fold it there where the filler is more bunched up in order to get the pop to activate the coolant.

Cons

Frida mom instant ice maxi pads are well worth the investment over this garbage. Nothing like the ones given by my midwife. These are also not absorbent pads like frida.

These pads stay colder longer and are much more affordable than the name brand ice pads you can buy at the store.

I definitely recommend this over any other brand for postpartum.

You get so many more for the same price or less of frida mom brand.

Very comparable to the frida baby brand just way cheaper.
