Pros
Sturdy, easy to maneuver, collapsible for travel. I do like the included cord that lifts the folding mechanism. The detachable backrest makes it easily fit in the trunk of my car. It is lightweight which i really like.
Well designed and manufactured product. Cables and hardware equal to a quality bicycle. It is wonderful. I need a helper and this is it.
The nut on the cable is a metric allen head which i didn't have readily available. It's perfect for a woman of a medium to petite stature.
Cons
I’m a handywoman and it annoyed me. Customer service listed in red as insecure. Toggle screw that connects wheels to the frame are inadequate.

The whole body is teal not the seat and padding.
Price
Every thing was better then expected plus a great low price.
This is a very nice walker for the price.
Packaging/appearance
I spent several minutes tearing through the packaging looking for the missing screws.
Each piece was wrapped in bubble pack sleeves.
The box was destroyed but the walker was so well packed that it didn't have a scratch on it.
The instructions are confusing as to what pieces are packed loose and also don't refer to parts by name.
Competitiveness
The instructions must have been updated as it was easy to understand (as compared to all the other reviews i've seen about it).
A simple phillips/hex head would be much more appropriate here.

Got it for his 80th bday party and unfortunately he wasnt able to use it for very long

He had many health problems and legs very weak and losing mobility on them so walker would have helped him a lot

He fell on the floor after his party and had a brain hemmorage and was shipped by ambulance to a bigger hospital where he passed away but i am keeping the walker for myself as i get older i will need a total knee surjury at some point so it will definitely get used
