It folds up and has a strap to keep it folded. Comes with an attached strap at the top which will allow you to fold it up and keep it that way for storage in a purse, glove box etc.
The cane feels sturdy and dependable in use. The cane itself is easy to use, albeit a bit tough to set up initially due to the lack of instructions, but after that hurdle it’s smooth sailing.

To fold you just pull the cane apart at the joints and it folds up like tent poles

I was surprised how many joints it had 3 so it takes a few seconds to get it all folded up
