Megafood b is a well-respected brand that i've used for more than 15 years. The higher amounts of b6 & 12 is enough to overcome my child's problems of forgetfulness. Megafood organic products are very good.

This product gives me terrible niacin flush. It is not clear from the product advertising that the older version does not have the exact same ingredients as the newer version. All of them are not good and can be harmful.
