This product builds the blood and gives me energy. It helps ferritin levels regulate faster than the average iron supplement.

I didn't mind the flavor, it's a combination of pear, sour cherry and citrus. Easy to *, very sweet & pleasing to my palate.

Cons

Going to try kombucha and kefire to heal from this iron supplement product. Even though it says gentle it made me very nauseous.

This has to be by far the most disgustingly flavored thing i’ve ever tasted. More like blood boiler. The liquid feels like it burns my * as i * and gives me ver ybad heartburn.
