Cons

The folate is synthetic folic acid and b12 is cyanocobalamin. Folic acid is synthetic poison made in a lab not folate. I guess it’s not as gentle as advertised.

The taste is also awful, i feel nauseous immediately after taking. However its triggered migraines for me due to the autolyzed yeast. It's marketed as having no side effects, and that's just not true.
