These are the only multi-vitamins we buy. This is the only vitamin brand i keep coming to for vitamin c. Highly recommend it.

The pills are pretty big but are easy to * for an adult. Easy to * and don't cause any stomach discomfort. Best way to take in your vitamin c beside drastically changing your diet.
