Pros
We use this in our smoothies and it adds great flavor and healthiness to them. There is so much research about turmeric now and i hope that this is a beneficial way to add more of it to my diet. Our toddler even likes smoothies with it.
Good combination of stuff here. Tastes great. My satisfaction continues to be high.
Great for relieving tight muscles. Less stiffness and aches.

I just throw it in some water and drink it but it is actually best to take with some type of fat holistic doctors say to take it with raw organic heavy cream or a little butter
