Pros
Megafood multivitamin has a lower dosage per serving than its synthetic counterpart. This is because the vitamins are derived from real food sources.
Easy on the stomach and an excellent way to boost my vitamin intake. Helps with hangovers and not easily catching flu. No aftertaste. I also do 16/8 fasting/eating 6 days per week.
It's vegan and the brand is animal cruelty-free. The only thing missing is organic certification. Most of their suppliers are actually organic farms so there's probably not much there that isn't organic.
Cons
Glass everywhere and pills are worthless. Shame on me for not noticing this sooner. Won't be buying again. It is expensive also.
Eating real food is the only safe bet. Is this better than a vitamin tablet? It sounds like it has natural ingredients.

Competitiveness
While these vitamins may cost more, they remain superior to the majority of multi-vitamins available.
