Helps getting daily allowance of nutriients without calcium. Helped to raise my mineral/nutrient status on a nutrient analysis test.

But two ordersback to back bottles were broken during shipment.

The tablet and packaging looks very similarto a natures plus vitamin.

This brand of products seems to be much better than others.

So, i changed lactaid, soymilk brands, and so on.
