Megafood's multi-vitamin is one of the best i've taken. It also includes choline. It has all of the vitamins that i desire in a food based supplement.
Hear me out - pricey, yes. Yes, absolutely. This is my second renewal and i definitely feel better. I really feel that this is a good bang for your buck.
Megafood women’s 55+ multivitamin is part of my daily routine. No side effects, no unecesary hormones, just natural vitamins and some antioxidants. Contains green tea extract which is an excellent antioxidant for the body.

Love this vitamin , easy to swallow and tastes good too.
After taking 1 1/2 bottles of these vitamins my nails, became stronger.
If i am hydrated and fed, absolutely zero issues.
It covers a lot of bases, and is methylated where possible (b12, for example) which are higher quality and offer more bioavailability.
Price
Not sure worth the value for this.

Basically i avoid things that are full of good fats and nutrients just by proxy of not liking them

Red meat is high in iron b12 eggs are high in vitamin d and milk is high in calcium i am always borderline deficient in all of these

Theyre a good idea if you are behind as the dosage will allow you to catch up very quickly
