They taste kinda bad (as all vitamins do) but just put liquid in your mouth prior, then drop the vitamin in and you'll be golden. Sustained energy, great natural ingredients. Hard to find and very healthy and no synthetic ingredients.
The product looks and feel right digesting. No nausea after taking. It's the only one i've seen that can be taken on an empty stomach and not make one nauseous.
Most health gurus recommend this type. One other company has almost the same ingredients, but a dosage is 6 (six) per day. I have a physically demanding job and these are something i need to do it and stay happy.
Cons
Product was never received. Did not arrive in my mailbox as reported. Could not use. Bottle broken and all pills mixed with glass. After 3 months and no effect these are worthless for me.
Tastes like horse food but no indigestion. I hate the fact that the product has digestive enzymes. Despite the label on the front of the bottle, the list of ingredients on the back shows things such ascorbic acid and folic acid.

I like this company, their ingredients and packaging.
They smell so good every time i open the bottle.

This is a great, food-based multi-vitamin which can be easily digested and used by the body.
And the reseller through amazon was the best price ( 30% off my local healthfood store) and free shipping.

I no longer take this brand even tho ive used it for years and it because of these 2 fillersmicrocrystalline cellulosesilicon dioxidethese fillers can cause bloating and other upsets
