Pros

Grape flavor is delicious and works very well. Tastes like a starburst. Hard to sit there and chew up 2 of them each day.

Cons

Magnesium citrate is also a laxative. The taste is grainy and tastes like fake grape bubble gum. The aftertaste is horseradish- ish.

It’s an easy and great tasting alternate, & a great way to get a dose in.

It doesn’t stay in your system past waking up like melatonin seemed to do.

I am supposed to take 2 a day but the cost puts me at 1 a day, but still getting the benefit from then.

They are pricey for how long the bag lasts, in my opinion, so it isn't something i would buy on a regular basis.
