Pros

Each tablet is 450mg and i take 2 with my tylenot and vitamin, all with no stomach upset. I usually get the 90 capsules since you have to take 2 pills a day and it's a more economical choice. The tablet is easy to * amd leaves no after taste.

Turmeric root is an herb and has been used for centuries and in many countries. It isn't a coated product and will absorb into the system more readily. Good to reduce inflammation in the body.

This product truly decreases minor swelling. This helped me get to eliminate all nsaids and pain medication.

Cons

This one is an epic fail. This large, heavy glass jar is mostly cotton. The product itself only comes up to the 60 servings that you see near the very bottom of the label.
