I was previously taking twinlabs water dispersed d3 because i dont like taking fish sourced supplements

Apparently vitamin d helps sweep calcium into your bones and out of your tissue and bloodstream and when calcium levels drop your blood sugar drops

Ill start taking more calcium and half as much of this
