Pros

Added it to my stack of daily supplements. Works like a champ! This is way better than other omega pills.

Cons

Product box was ripped and taped back up. Box came smashed with a bunch of brass screws. Will not be taking again. I see that i'm just one of many who has had this problem with this distributor.

The kicker for me is the phospholipid content. It only has 167 mgs! The pills smell horrible when opening the lid. Fishy smell and fishy taste.
