It works well using a dryer sheet. I'm a big fan of anything that easily remedies a problem. Meguiar's has yet to steer me wrong.

Cons
The items needs a controllable spray nozzle. It disappears after a minute and needs constant reapplication to maintain 5 min.
I'm not a hater of meguiar's car care products. The horrible applicator is unacceptable. As a bug remover, it is mediocre.

Sprayed it and let it soak for a 5 minutes, then agitated it with a microfiber cloth, and rinsed.
I have tried to let it soak for a few minutes and rinse without agitating, and even then it takes out all the bug deposits.

It cleaned almost all the bugs except a few spots 1 out of 100
