I gave it four stars because it works effectively but its no better than turtle wax chrome polish and it costs over triple what youd pay for turtle wax

Easy to apply and does the job but there is no getting around the need to put in significant effort if the metal is very corroded

Its a plastic sleeve over the spinning inner shaft thats driven by the drill

If the polisher catches an edge it pulls in the direction the drill is rotating and pulls off the area on the wheel you are trying to polish
