It has to set for a long time before a powder can be applied over top for a matte finish. Not going to work for any kind of opaque white colour as it's quite sheer, oily, and does not build well.

If you bake it with powder not in an oven and put a makeup spray over it it’ll probably last all day idk for a con tho might have to reapply if you’re at a con for 12h straight it comes off pretty easily
