    It took a little finessing to figure out the right waterpaint ratio and if you apply wet paint over dry paint itll somehow remove it making it look a little splotchy

    The color was good it wasnt quite right for the theme of my costume but none of the elements of my costume matched well and i wanted the 34illumination34 effect from the fluorescent yellow
