This melatonin works pretty well helping me drift off to sleep. Feelin' good so far.

This dosage is great for any 300mg melatonin pills. The amount you get in this size is excellent and lasts several months for the cost so another good point. For those looking for dose conversions, this is the right pill.

Melatonin capsules are 300 mcg and non-drowsy. I take one capsule every night so this bottle will last me 4 months. You only have to take 1 of these which is super easy.

Cons

It is worse than if i had not taken it. Also, the packaging isn't good. Either dose is usually sufficient to help me fall asleep within 30 minutes.
