It helps with reading, with the larger font and phrases that rhyme.
She absolutely loves playing with the pieces during bath time, they also stick to the side of the tub which has been a lot of fun.
Packaging/appearance
I didn't even think of that at first but it's great to have a distraction for baby in the tub.

The dinosaurs actually pop out of the five rightsided pages allowing kids to engage their tactile and visual sense

Each page describes a different dinosaur and when you remove the puzzle piece the name of the creature is underneath

My daughter loves to go through and take all the pieces out then go page by page matching the pieces and putting them back in

For fun imaginative play in and out of the tub this book comes with a variety of colorful figures on patterned backgrounds that are easily removed from the pages and just as easily popped back into place
