Pros
Underneath each latch is a door that opens to show you a number. Each individual lock set and hinge is priced- this board is a bargain. It keeps her entertained for hours.
The recommended age is 3. My 2 year old granddaughter loves the puzzle and the surprise animals underneath the flaps. My 5yo, 9yo niece and 20m teenager love it.
Toy provides hours of enjoyment and learning. Great for fine motor skills, memory, counting, problem solving skills. I remember using these for dementia patients to keep them occupied and engaged.
Cons
I am very disappointed because now we have to get it returned and then find another gift to replace. However i was disappointed in only recieving one. Not impressed.
The product itself was clearly not made with care or consistency. However, the wood is unfinished, and there is a terrible, terrible smell. Main issue is the rough surface all over this board.

Good quality puzzle that is holding up to three kids
The image was ripped off and this seems to have happened during production.
Downside is once they get ahold of the pieces, they'd constantly flip it open/close and make a racket doing that!

Not sure if she will like it as much as the house with 4 doors that use different shaped keys to open the doors which reveal little dolls inside

I would not give to a child under 4 as there are some rough edges they may not notice
