Pros
Our 1 yr old loves this thing. Bought this for my daughter at around 6 months. My 3 year old granddaughter also enjoys. This piano is perfect for toddlers.
This product is definitely durable and much better quality than i anticipated. Stands up to chewing well too. Very sturdy, too.
Cons
I know this is a toy and not a steinway but this thing was insultingly waaaay out of tune tune and several of the keys would stay stuck. While the piano itself feels sturdy, the keys feel very cheap.

The alphabet paper fall in the first 5 mins of use
Kiddo goes nuts on it for 20 minutes and it’s not so loud that it gives me a headache.
Price
My sister and i were having a hard time finding this item at a reasonable price, till i we found this!
The 4 stars for the product value !
But for the price and durability, i suppose that's what you get.
Shipping
We ordered it several weeks before christmas to give plenty of time for problems to happen.
Packaging/appearance
It’s perfect, still in original packaging, brand new!
Looks great in our space as well!
I opened it christmas eve and noticed a few keys smashed in and they didn't work.
I didn't open the package right away (easier to hide presents while in the boxes).

Sure enough the first one arrived broken but the return was very easy for my daughter to make and a second one was quickly dispatched
