The puzzle is very aesthetically pleasing. Our 3 year old is a puzzle * and loves it.
Cons

Pieces are sturdy & the fit is great.
Thick pieces that stick together once placed.
Puzzle has been crawled on and walked on by 4 and 5 year old puzzle fans.
Price
We love all of the puzzle options available through melissa and doug at such reasonable prices!
I got it on sale for $12 which made it even better.
Competitiveness
However, i did notice that the price is a bit higher compared to other brands offering similar puzzles.

The material quality is decent though it would have been more durable if it were made of wood to withstand a childs small hands better
