Pros & Cons
Pros
Melissa and doug toys always deliver, and this one did not disappoint! The pieces are easy for her to hold and great for teething. He’s kind of rough on toys but this is durable and well made. Great hands on toy.
Cons
A terrible choking hazard. It's disgusting that melissa & doug put so much formaldehyde in children toys.
Melissa and doug is not trustworthy. It is now in my donate pile and will go to goodwill soon.
The wood is drilled and unfinished so there are splinters and rough edges. The dowels that are supposed to connect the train parts are not secured and i have had to glue them back in twice. They were poorly glued on.
Highlights
Quality
They are sturdy and will last a lifetime.
The train was made with quality wood, very colorful, and he can play with it for many years to come.

Sharing pictures of this jumbo m&d train against the smaller train and other objects for reference.
Price
I’d definitely recommend this especially for the quality/price
Packaging/appearance
Upon opening the package, there was paint residue everywhere on parts that made contact with each other.
The only reason i rated 4 stars and not 5 is that the packaging was damaged/had holes in it.
Bought this as a gift and it came how it is shown.
