The edges of the opening of the shoe are not rough

They are not supposed to be this was a styledesign choice by the designer and something that many love about the shoes if it bugs you reconsider your purchase although its not super noticeable except along the edges of the opening at the toeend of the shoe

I havent owned these shoe for very long nor have i worn them often yet so i have yet to see how long the gold color will last but there is a clue that it will last first of all the bottom of the shoes have not shown any loss of gold color after a couple of times of use

Secondly the inside of the show is also gold something manufacturers usually dont bother spray painting so i assume the gold is within the plastic not spray painted on
